Foursquare has 6 million users, 381M total check-ins in 2010

Foursquare just announced some awesome statistics about their last year via an infographic that you can see at the Foursquare blog.

The popular location-based service reported that they grew 3400% last year. This means 6 millions user now and these users checked in a total of 381,576,305 times in 2010. It only took a month for the much-hyped social networking website to add another million users. Foursquare’s largest event was the Rally To Restore Sanity with 30,525 check-ins.

Co-founder Dennis Crowley said at Le Web in December that Foursquare is seeing 2 million check-ins per day and adding 25k users every day. He also announced that 60% of the user base is from the U.S. and 40% is international.
